1. Seller and contracting party
This website and the online course "Mastering Floorball Tactics" are owned and operated by Lundin Performance AB ("we", "us", "our"). When you purchase access to the course, you enter into a contract with Lundin Performance AB.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, enrolling in the course, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or complete a purchase.
3. Product description
"Mastering Floorball Tactics" is a four-week online course delivered through pre-recorded video modules, downloadable workbook materials, and weekly practical tasks. The course starts on 26 September 2026 and new modules are released weekly.
4. Payments and billing
The course is sold as a one-time payment of 995 SEK. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Account and access
After purchase you will receive instructions to create a password-protected account. Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use and restrictions
You must not:
- share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display course materials;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to download videos in bulk;
- use the course for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, or harassment;
- infringe our or third-party intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the security or availability of the website.
7. Intellectual property
All course content — including videos, workbooks, diagrams, text, and branding — is owned by Lundin Performance AB or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the materials for personal coaching and educational purposes.
8. Service level
We aim to keep the course and website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, modify, or remove content where necessary.
9. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, security risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the service.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lundin Performance AB excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, where permitted.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
